Files gathers the attachments from all your accounts in one place, each linked to the email it came in. Open a PDF and you can fill it in, sign it and send it back without printing a page.

The tools work on your Mac. The original stays as it arrived, and each result is saved as a numbered version beside it, so you can always go back.
- Fill: type into a form's own fields, or anywhere on the page.
- Sign: draw or type your signature and place it.
- Redact: the text under a black box is removed from the file, not just covered, and the saved file is checked to make sure. Account and ID numbers are found for you.
- Pages: reorder, rotate and remove pages.
- Clean Up: strip the author, software and other details a file carries without showing them.
